He had 3 police reports lodged against him in 2008 for cheating women he got to know and he was arrested by Malaysian police in KLIA and jailed pending investigation upon his return from China. Now he is on police bail and will be charged in court soon. Well, the greedy, lazy & immoral Loh Chee Yuen will reap his reward in jail soon!!
